C2V creates value for its customers by providing microsystems solutions which uniquely satisfy their design problems and production needs. C2V makes use of flexible foundry facilities, and serves from prototype to production volumes.

C2V provides single step foundry services as well as processing of complex structures and components. Our foundry services are performed by our experienced engineers and operators in a qualified cleanroom environment. In addition C2V has its private assembly and test facilities. C2V's' microtechnology services are particularly useful for companies developing MST/MEMS-based products, but who fail the access to critical technologies. C2V's MEMS foundry services are not directed to any particular market, however we have built-up particular experience in products for life science, process control, and telecom companies.
Our processes are performed on 4" silicon, SOI, borosilicate, fused silica and other substrates. We work with carefully selected wafer manufacturers who deliver on request single/double side polished, doping levels, roughness, bow/warp etc. Or you ship your own wafers, blank or processed. We can do specials for 3" substrates.

C2V has many years of experience in product development projects, acting as a miniaturization / micro fabrication and design partner. These projects are usually built-up with milestones, such that the risk for the customer is reduced. Our activities range from micro fabrication, design for manufacturing, to product design and simulations. C2V works with companies in Europe, USA and Asia, and has proven results of products in the market
For some solutions, C2V's offers evaluation devices, which can be purchased for test purpose. Other shown devices are examples of proven strength, and indicate the core applications where C2V has built up expertise.
