Job Elders ('64), Business Director Thermo Fisher Scientific Enschede was co-founder and CEO of C2V until its acquisition by Thermo in 2009. Job Elders has successfully founded and developed several start-up companies including TMP in the mid nineties and served as TMP's Managing Director until its successful acquisition September 2000. He then became General Manager for the Dutch operations and led the company integration. Since Alcatel's subsequent acquisition of the operations 2001, Dr. Elders served as Vice President and General Manager of NASDAQ and CAC listed Alcatel Optronics Netherlands. Prior to founding TMP in 1995, Dr. Elders directed pan-European projects at the MESA+ Research Institute (Netherlands) and IMM (Germany). Elders is secretary of Point-One executive board and has been founder and board member of MANCEF. Dr. Elders is the author of more than 80 technical papers, business papers and patents and has chaired, sponsored and presented at several MST events around the world. He received his Masters degree in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam.

Chris van Tilburg ('54), microGC Business Development Manager, is responsible for product management, application development and marketing of the C2V microGC product line.
Van Tilburg has over 30 years of experience in gas chromatography and design of analytical instrumentation incl. microGC systems and liquid front-end for autosamplers. He has been a former microGC product manager and held management positions at VICI and CTC Analytics. He acquired a profound knowledge of the international markets and built up a wide network of contacts in the analytical industry. |

Vincent Spiering ('65), microGC & MEMS Operations Manager, was a co-founder of TMP along with Dr. Elders and has been responsible for the sales and marketing effort within TMP, Alcatel, and C2V. Spiering has over 15 years experience in international MEMS/MST business development and account management in Europe, USA, and Asia. Dr. Spiering holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Twente, Netherlands and his postdoctoral studies there focused on applied R&D and project management on microfluidics systems. Dr Spiering is now responsible for microGC production as well as MEMS & microGC customer projects. |

Gert-Jan Burger ('65), MEMS R&D Manager, was a co-founder of TMP and he has responsibility for the technical execution of the projects and the roadmap within C2V with special emphasis on microGC and other MEMS-based instrumentation. Dr. Burger holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente, Netherlands and his Ph.D. study was focused on a MEMS impact sensor in collaboration with Hitachi, Japan. Burger has over 15 years experience in MEMS product development, in international collaboration with our OEM customers. |
